“Legal adviser is currently considering the DOJ request,” spokesman Laura Dimasi said Tower by email. “We have no further comments on this issue right now.”
Commercial publication Medpage today reported on Friday that at least three magazines had received the letters. Did not recognize the other two posts.
The letter published in full online addressed Bosom Publisher Dr. Peter Mazzone, Pulmonologist at Cleveland Clinic. In this, Martin wrote that “more and more magazines and publications such as the Chest Journal admit that they are compatriots in various scientific discussions” and asked to answer five questions by May 2.
