Apple music on iOS 26
Apple’s latest iOS 26 update for the iPhone brings a number of changes to system applications. Re -apply photos and includes new features within messages, wallets, maps and more. But with the storm of information, one of the applications that could have gone under the radar during the Apple WwDC announcement is Apple Music. The Cupertino Tech Giant is the Supercharging Apple Music with new features. To be specific, Apple adds three new features to its iOS 26 music application and here is because they matter.
1. Lyric translation
This feature helps you understand the words in your favorite non -English tracks. If you hear Spanish country music or a French romantic song, now you will see the lyrics that are translated in real time. It is built to make music more accessible and lyrics understandable, regardless of linguistic obstacles.
Translations appear in a smaller font than the usual verses font. I installed iOS 26 Developer Beta 1 to check if it also translates Hindi’s songs (Hindi is my main language) in English. Fortunately, it doesn’t. My Bollywood music keeps its original lyrics while I can get Gossip Translated in real time.
2.
Apple Music’s lyrics do exactly what it says – it teaches you how to sing the lyrics properly. I look forward to understanding how it works so that I can sing along with my favorite non-English and non-Indian songs without slaughtering the choir.
Sub Arrangements > Applications > MusicApple now offers a lyrics menu. You can choose whether the lyrics or pronunciation appear larger when they both appear. I haven’t seen the pronunciation of music so far, but I expect to be released gradually in more songs.
3. Automix
Automix at Apple Music on iOS 26 can turn your playlists into a continuous DJ -like listening experience. She lives down Arrangements > Applications > Music > Song transitionsthat replaces the Junction toggle. Using time stretching and beat matching, Apple Music is now going between songs like a DJ. It can theoretically remove the silences between the song transitions and deliver a clean, flowing atmosphere to your playlist.
Automix refers to the transition songs “the perfect moment, based on the details of the key and the rhythm of music”. You can also find and change the crossfade just below Automix.
All these new Apple Music features will come to iPhones by updating iOS 26.
