Atonemo NTS Radio Player is a Google Cast and AirPlay streamer that can also stream music from the NTS Radio platform. Think of it as your own personal DJ spinning a curated selection of music.

Audio company based in Stockholm Atonemo has joined the global platform NTS Radio for the release of the Atonemo NTS Radio Player, a compact Wi-Fi streamer that brings NTS’ curated channels and infinite mixes to virtually any speaker or amplifier ever made.
The new device is based on the idea that sometimes the best listening experience is one where you hand over control to someone else. It is one of the reasons why radio is still a popular medium even with competition from television. It’s nice to have someone else choose and introduce you to new music or old favorites in the same way that it’s much nicer to have someone else cook for you.
Atonemo NTS Radio Player connects to audio setup or active speaker. The user presses the play button and NTS global programming takes over. Choices range from a deep jazz set from Tokyo, a DJ mix from South London or a genre-defying selection from anywhere in between. When you’re ready to get back behind the wheel, you can pick up your smartphone and stream whatever you want from your own music library or streaming service.
The compact NTS radio player features a 3.5mm stereo analog output for connection to audio systems or powered speakers.

New life in sound
NTS Radio Player follows Atonemo’s recent release Streamplayer and is designed to work with almost any audio hardware from the last few decades. The device has a 3.5mm analog output for connecting to vintage amps, bookshelf speakers or last month’s thrift store finds as easily as a modern hi-fi setup. With dimensions of only 70 x 105 x 23 mm, the NTS Radio Player can be hidden.
With support for digital audio playback services up to 24-bit/192kHz, NTS Radio Player works with AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, covering most major streaming systems seamlessly. Setting up the player takes a few minutes. All that is needed is a USB-C power input using the supplied USB cable and the RCA-to-AUX cable to connect to the audio system.
For $149, the new Atonemo NTS Radio Player can turn almost any audio system into a digital streaming platform.

Collaboration with Common Philosophy
The collaboration between NTS and Atonemo is based on a common philosophy. NTS has spent over a decade streaming music from every corner of the world, giving a platform and permanence to sounds that don’t often appear on algorithmic streaming services. Atonemo was founded on the belief that the best way to experience music is through the speakers people already own and love, not the ones that are sold.
“We think of this as omakase listening: you hand over the decision to someone whose taste you trust, and you get something better than anything you would have chosen yourself. NTS has been doing this for over a decade. We just wanted to make sure you could hear it in speakers worthy of the music,” says Noah Constantinou, co-founder of Atonemo.
