Are you ready to locate two green comets? Visible in the hours of pre-eminence for a few weeks, the brightest of the two comets now in the night sky-comet Lemmon-on Sunday, October 12, 2025, should be easier to see. A diffuse vague patch in the northwestern sky in binoculars, Lemmon is accompanied by the slightly less bright comet cycle in the southwest in the night sky after Sunset. Both comets will probably be illuminated in the week as the moon recedes from the evening sky, reaching the brightest around October 20-21, as the Orionid Meteorite tops. See how you can find C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) – and perhaps C/2025 R2 (Swan) – on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
Comets Lemmon and Swan are now becoming visible. Although they will become brighter next week, you can now see them using binoculars or telescope. The image shows the comet C/2024 G3 (Atlas) from 2024.

THE Database of County Observation He said it shines in +5.7 on 9 October. Comet Swan is reported to be a bit more dimmer in size +6.
Both comets will appear as small, pervasive patches in a pair of binoculars, changing the position slightly every day. Those who observe at Dark Sky are far from street lighting and urban light pollution will have the best view of both comets.
Lemmon and Swan are the first comets to be widely visible in binoculars by comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas in October 2024.
