TowerToday’s “Wordle” #1477 tips, indications and answer for Saturday July 5thWith Eric Caine

The long weekend of July 4 is quickly beating towards his conclusion. It was very wonderful. Summer is in full swing and I hope we take a long time and time to cool these hot days in the High Mountain desert. We also quickly approach Wordle #1500. With fewer possible answers that remain from the words we have already solved, I continue to wonder what the New York Times will do when we are done, though this is still more than two years away. At the moment, we will solve today.

How to solve today’s wordle

The hint: Today’s Wordle is plural.

The indication: This Wordle has a double letter.

Well, Spoilers below! The answer is coming!

Analytical analysis

Every day I check Wordle Bot to help analyze my game. You can check your Wordles with Wordle Bot here.

The exchange only left me with 90 remaining solutions, but even with two yellow boxes, I had a little problem with it. Boink cut this number to 8, which was not ideal (Wordle bot says I should have chosen Carol here and tend to agree). Vicar left me with two, though I only came with Atria. The other was rays that is a kind of strange vague word. The really strange thing here is that Wordle’s answers are usually not plural, but today they were. It just didn’t end with the “s” which I think must be the real rule (the width is not over for example the books).

Competitive Wordle Score

We are tied up, so the wordle bot and I don’t get points for it and no points to guess four. July sets remain:

Erik: -2 points

Wordle bot: 4 points

How to play competitive wordle

  • The guess in 1 is worth 3 points. The guess in 2 is worth 2 points. The guess at 3 is worth 1 point. The guess in 4 is worth 0 points. The guess in 5 is -1 degrees. The guess in 6 is -2 degrees and missing Wordle is -3 degrees.
  • If you beat your opponent, you get 1 point. If you connect, you get 0 points. And if you lose to your opponent, you get -1 point. Add it to get your score. Keep a daily score or just play for a new score every day.
  • Fridays are 2xp, which means you double your points – positive or negative.
  • You can keep a run or just play everyday. Enjoy!

Today’s Wordle Etymology

The word “Atria” is the plural of “Atrium”, which comes from the Latin atriummeaning “central court” or “room” of a Roman house. Its origin is uncertain but may be related to Latin scourgeWhich means “black” or “dark”, possibly referring to the appearance of the early Roman houses with central homes.
