Baseus Starts A Trio With The Best Battery Life In

The trio of new audio products started by Baseus at this year’s IFA trade fair in Berlin

Ben sein

Throughout the decade-in addition to existence, the main element of Shenzhen is known for making smartphone accessories, such as portable power banks and telephone chargers. However, the company is now branching in other consumer products and tradeshow IFA in Berlin this week, it has revealed a new range of sound products called Inspire.

The Inspire product range stands out from the sea of other wireless audio products by carrying official sound from Bose Branding – making these products a common development between Bose Bose and Bose.

The Inspire line consists of three headphones that cover a particular need. We have a typical active cancellation of noise cancellation within the ear, Inspire XP1. An open ear, clip-on Earbud called Inspire XC1. And a premium Over-the-Ear headphones, Inspire XH1. The three products share a few advantages: each have the top battery life for the product class. All three have perfected sound by Bose.

The Over-EAR base headphones xh1.

Ben sein

We will start with “Hero Product”, $ 149 Inspire XH1 Over-the-Ear Headphones. I have used multiple flights in recent weeks and I can guarantee that battery life is really amazing. A 13 -hour flight, with active noise cancellation (ANC) only drained about 20%. This means that I should easily be able to get close to 65 hours of the anc listening time in a single charge.

Baseus says with ANC, headphones can take over 100 hours, but I think this number doesn’t matter, as most people who wear them will want to use ANC (or transparency function) and both are very good.

The base headphones

Ben sein

I will describe the design and design of XH1 as functional and business. Of the thick head and ears pillows to the laminated (but painted to look metallic) headphones and practical click buttons, the XH1 looks perfectly fine, but it brings nothing new or unique to the design. They are harmless they are looking and will be combined in the sea of Over-the-EAR headphones made by Bose or Sony. They are good, they simply do not attract attention to a unique look with the way Apple’s headphones and nothing, nor do they offer new touch controls like some headphones.

The XH1 is comfortable to wear, thanks to a flexible band and the cups attached to an axis that allows the cups to fold and be inward (this allows to sit around my neck easier than the headphones that do not rotate as much as the aforementioned headphones than the ear.

The XH1 has five microphones and offers excellent anc and transparency function. The first I would say is as good as any of the premium headphones (from Apple, Sony and Bose). The latter is not as big as Apple’s best transparency, but it does the job.

Given that its price point is almost half of the aforementioned headphones by Apple, nothing and Sony, the Baseus Inspire XH1 is probably the best -performing headphones under $ 200 at this time.

Baseus Inspire XP1

The basic inspirational XP1

These $ 129 headphones are the typical conventional wireless buds with silicone foam and anc edge that is a dozen twelve in today’s market. What stands out here is, again, the battery life, as the headphones can play for eight hours in a single charge, almost twice that of the Airpods Pro’s Apple Airpods Pro.

The headphones weigh just 5g each, so I could, and wear them all day without feeling the weight. They have six microphones, which are combined to produce decent ANC and transparency function. None of the features are going to approach AirPods Pro, but Apple headphones are extra $ 100.

The headphones are controlled through a capacity touching panel located at the upper end of the stem. I think the controls are a little thin – sometimes it won’t record a clean tap. Baseus, however, wants to say that I am trying an original early sample unit and promises that the final retail unit will not have these small errors.

The basic inspires XP1 headphones.

Ben sein

The problem with XP1 is that it has much tougher competition in this category than excessive XH1. So, while these headphones are comfortable to wear and draw a large sound with LDAC support, I am not as impressed by my headphones, because I literally have 20-30 other sets of wireless headphones in my drawer, 90% of which perform very well.

Still, only for industry battery life is worth a look.

Inspire XC1

Basic inspires XC1

Ben sein

Inspire XC1, available at $ 129, is open ears, which means that they draw sound to your channel, without touching or blocking it. This means you will be able to hear your environment even when using XC1.

This clip design is relatively young in the industry, a pioneer from Bose or Huawei (each company has been released similar clips within a few weeks from each other in 2023) and Baseus has clearly inspired both. I think the XC1 finds a big balance between a safe application (the clip remains without feeling loose or floppy) and comfort (the clips do not put a lot of pressure on the ear itself).

The XC1 weighs 6G each bud and can play music for eight hours in a single charge. Due to the open ear design, there is no ANC or transparency function. But you can still make calls with them through four built -in microphones.

There are two drivers-one 11mm driver and a woofer-producing sound that is amazingly strong on bass for open ear buds. Baseus claims that these are the best open ear design headphones, and I don’t think I’ll question it.

Official yield of products of XC1.

Base

Overall, I think the first set of base audio products are tempting deals that come at a very high price. Company representatives say its chargers were a very profitable business over the years and is now trying to expand and develop its product portfolio.
